It's back to school time! The summer flew by and I'm trying to prepare myself for early morning routines and packing lunches. One of the traditions I started when the girls were in preschool was writing lunchbox notes, which evolved to lunchbox jokes. It's become a hit at the lunchroom tables and something my girls now expect to see in their lunchbox. To help you start this fun tradition, I'm sharing how I created these chalkboard lunch containers.
You will need:
Chalk Markers
Sistema Sandwich Containers
Chalk Board Adhesive Vinyl – Cut into 4.75″ squares and round the corners. Cut a 4×2 piece for the back (this is where I put the answers).
Lots of Jokes for Kids Book
If you post your lunchbox creations on Instagram, I'd love to see it. Tag me with @pigskinsandpigtails or #pigskinsandpigtails. Wishing everyone a wonderful school year!
