My Favorite Cupcake Carrier

I love making cupcakes for birthday parties, holidays or any occasion for that matter, but I've always had a challenge transporting decorated cupcakes to school. A couple years ago, I had what I thought was a great cupcake carrier.  Trying to balance a gazillion things as I headed into the classroom, the cupcakes shifted and frosting went everywhere!  It was a disaster.  I knew there had to be a better way to carry cupcakes.  I tried several different carriers on Amazon before finding my absolute favorite.  Most carriers are not tall enough to fit lots of frosting and decorations.  This one hasn't let me down yet so I wanted to share it with you. You can find it on Amazon here: PL8 Cupcake Carrier & Display

** I am not getting paid by the company that makes this carrier nor do I have any affiliation with them. Just happy with a purchase I made on Amazon.  However, this post does include affiliate links to Amazon **

Just so you can see the size cupcakes that will fit into this carrier…. I made these summer Teddy Graham cupcakes for a class party.  Umbrella + a pretty tall amount of frosting = perfect fit

You can see there's just enough clearance for the umbrella.  I also love that this carrier comes apart, so you don't mess up the frosting when you start to hand out the cupcakes.

This cupcake carrier has worked great for me.  Do you have any favorite tricks for transporting cakes or cupcakes?  I'd love hear your ideas in the comments below!
