The girls love when I setup scavenger hunts for them. Taylor came up with this idea to have an Easter egg version. I put each of the clues in a plastic egg and hid them outside. The first clue lead them to the location that an egg was hidden… that clue lead them to the next egg… and so on until they found their prize egg. Taylor hunted for one color and Payton's clues were in a different color, so they could each go at their own speed. I'm sure they are going to want to do this one a few more times before we put away the eggs this year.
These Easter bunny tail cupcakes were a big hit with the kindergartners. I hid a couple Cadbury Mini Eggs in each cupcake and asked the kids to find out what the bunny was digging for. It was cute to see how excited they were to find the treats inside the cupcake.
The girls gave their teachers a succulent. I've been obsessed with succulents – maybe because they are the only plant I can keep alive! We painted the mason jars with chalk paint and added a Happy Easter tag to each.
Wishing everyone a Happy Easter weekend!
