The holidays are here and the excitement in our house is out of control.  Between Henry the Elf's daily adventures and advent calendars, we are just counting down the days.

Last week we celebrated with class parties.  The kindergartners had a Polar Express themed day.  I made these North Pole donut stacks.  (Found the idea here)

To keep with the theme of the day, we had breakfast foods in containers setup like a train. There was even a special visitor… the conductor stopped by to punch their tickets. It was a great way to kick off Christmas vacation.
