I had a great time today teaching my first cake decorating class with this fun group.  I pre-made fourteen 6″ cakes with a crumb coat and 22 pounds of frosting!  This was the perfect amount of frosting for 14 mini rosette cakes.  For most of the group, it was their first attempt at the rosette cake design.  They all did a fabulous job.
