One of my new traditions is to take a photo of the girls on their birthday and include a few of their current  interests at that age.  I have their first year well documented in a scrapbook/baby book, but after that, I've been terrible at writing things down.  This, at least, forces me to document their interests once a year!

    • Thanks, Brit! I designed the invites. I’m planning to offer this design (digital format) for sale on my site soon. Let me know if you are interested and I’ll send you the details.

    • Where did you get all the decorations from? I love the little elephants in the fruit! Also where did you get her matching shirt ? I want all of this for my daughters birthday in December!

      • I used an elephant punch (available here to make the fruit picks. The elephant invitations are available here. I am also selling the elephant puppets here.

The shirt was something I created to match the invitations. I’m not currently offering the shirts on my website but could put you in touch with someone that could create one for you. Let me know if you are interested. You can email me directly at hello@pigskinsandpigtails.com

  2. I would LOVE the details to purchase the digital format-would it be easy for me to do on my own? Even if I don’t have experience working with these things?

Thank you very much! We are having an elephant themed 1st birthday for my daughter in August.

    Thanks again!

    • I have this design added to my Shop page! You can order the digital file and print it anywhere that prints digital photos (Walgreens, Shutterfly, etc.). If you prefer a cardstock finish, you can take the file to your local printer. Or, you can always print at home – I’d suggest printing on a heavier paper.

  4. Did you find heart polka dot plates too? I need them! Where did you find them if so

    • I found the heart plates at Target… about this time last year. They were in the Valentines section and just happened to match the colors of the invitation perfectly.

  5. Are the pin wheels available for purchase?

    • No, sorry, I don’t offer the pin wheels. They are really easy to make though. Fold paper back and forth (like a fan). I attached 4-6 folded sheets together depending on how large you want it. Bring the ends around to form the circle and hot glue them together.

  6. Do you have a template for the elephants in the cupcakes?

    • I used the Martha Stewart elephant punch for the cupcake toppers.

  7. Is there a template available for the elephant on the juice box.

    • Unfortunately, I didn’t create a template for the juice boxes. I had just freehand cut those out. Sorry about that.
