Official Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING DO NOT INCREASE WITH A PURCHASE. This contest is sponsored by Sanderson Marketing, LLC DBA Pigskins & Pigtails (“Sponsor”).

  1. Eligibility: The Pigskins & Pigtails 100k Contest (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States who sign up at https://www.pigskinsandpigtails.com/100k-contest. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as of their date of entry in this contest in order to qualify. This contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. Sanderson Marketing, LLC's employees, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and directors (collectively the “Employees”), as well as members of an Employees' immediate family and/or those living in the same household of Employees are ineligible to participate in the Contest.
  2. Agreement to Rules: By entering this Contest, the Entrant (“You”) agrees to abide by the Sponsor's Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering this Contest the You represents and warrants that You are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Pigskins & Pigtails 100k Contest. 
  3. Entry Period: The contest begins on November 2, 2023 at 9:00am CST and ends on November 28, 2023 at 10:00pm CST (the “Entry Period”). To be eligible for the Contest, entries must be received within the specified Entry Period. 
  4. How to Enter: To enter the contest, participants must:
    1. Fill out and submit this completed entry form.
    2. Share your screen printing story on their public social media profile (Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok) using the hashtag #MyScreenPrintingStory. Must make at least 1 post to be eligible for the prize. Each unique post is an additional entry.  You may enter 1 time per day from 11/2/23-11/28/23. 
  5. Content Guidelines: 
    1. Post must be set to “public” so it can be viewed by the contest organizers.
    2. Entries must remain visible and “public” until contest ends to count as an entry.
    3. Entries must be original and not previously published or submitted in any other contest.
    4. Entries must not violate any copyright or intellectual property rights of any third party. Entries that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others will result in disqualification of You. You shall defend or settle against any claims that arise as a result of infringement at your sole expense, and You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Sponsor from any suit.
    5. Entries must not contain offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content.
    6. Entries must comply with the terms of service of the respective social media platforms.
    7. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the Official Rules or specifications will be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion. 
  6. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected based on creativity, presentation, and adherence to the contest theme. The judging panel, consisting of 3 judges, will review all eligible entries and select the winner.
  7. Prize: The Winner of the Pigskins & Pigtails 100k Contest (the “Winner”) will receive:

    10. (2) Admission Tickets to Attend a Screen Printing Experience Class at Ryonet HQ in Vancouver, WA (Travel expenses not included)
  8. Prize Terms: The Winner must provide the Sponsor with a valid Social Security number or taxpayer-identification number before the Sponsor can award the prize. A Form 1099 will be issued to the Winner. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternatives are available. Winner must have an eligible US shipping address. The Winner, upon acceptance of the prize, is solely responsible for all expenses related to the prize, including without limitation any and all local, state, and federal taxes. By accepting the prize, the selected Winner grants permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s likeness, entry, and name for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law. The Sponsor reserves the right to adjust the prize package at any time in the event that items become unavailable, discontinued, or out of stock.
  9. Winner Notification: Winners will be announced on December 1, 2023 via Instagram and will be contacted through the email address provided in the entry form. If a winner does not respond within 5 days of the notification, a new winner may be selected. The Sponsor is not responsible for nor shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to email security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk email. Nor shall be Sponsor be liable for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner 1) fails to claim the prize within 5 days from the time the award notification was sent, 2) is found ineligible, or 3) does not complete and return an executed declaration and release within the specified timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected. Receipt of the prize (offered in the Pigskins & Pigtails 100k Contest) by the Winner is upon the condition of compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. IF THE WINNER VIOLATES ANY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, THE WINNER (AT THE SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL BE DISQUALIFIED, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. 
  10. Publicity: By entering the contest, participants grant Pigskins & Pigtails the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation.
  11. General Conditions: Pigskins & Pigtails reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest in the event that it becomes technically corrupted or is not capable of running as planned. Pigskins & Pigtails is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries or for any problems, technical or otherwise.
  12. Limitation of Liability: Your entry into this Contest constitutes Your agreement to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers against and from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from participation in the Contest and/or the 1) Winner accepting, possessing, using, or misusing of any awarded prize or any portion thereof; 2) any type of technical failure; 3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, phone, or Internet service; 4) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; 5) electronic error or human error in the Promotion administration or the processing of entries.
  13. Disputes: THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND TEXAS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. The Entrant agrees, as a condition of participating in this promotion, that if any disputes cannot be resolved between You and the Sponsor, and if causes of action arise out of or are connected with this Contest, they shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in Coryell County, Texas having jurisdiction, without resorting to any form of class action. Under no circumstances in any such dispute shall the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Contest). You waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
